SOLD! Triangle Coke Bottle Seaglass Necklace

SOLD! Triangle Coke Bottle Seaglass Necklace

Connecting you to the land and history from where it came, the seaglass featured in this necklace was discovered on the shores of Beaumaris in Wales. The shard features a soft aqua blue shard of seaglass. While the most common source for this lovely shade of light green glass was most likely an old Coco Cola bottle made in various parts of the country. The shades vary depending on the silica that was used. A lot of older white glass however, had a greenish tint and depending on thickness and whether bubbles are present, could be an old piece of rarer glass. New glass of this shade is still used for wine bottles.
Two amazonite beads set off the clasp.
This sterling silver necklace was made to last. The wire wrapping in this necklace provides you with a strong, quality necklace that isn't going to break from a slight tug. The necklace measures about 19 inches long.
