Tourmaline Willow Boat Earrings

Tourmaline Willow Boat Earrings

Pottery:
Connecting you to the land and history from where it came, the pottery shard these earrings are made from was unearthed in Stone. These geometric blue and white pottery earrings come from the popular 'Willow' pattern and come from a broken teapot, donated from a friend of the artist. To boost sales, a romantic fable was invented based on the design about the daughter of a wealthy Mandarin falling in love with her father's accountant and choosing love over fortune! Each shard measures about 14 mm.
Stone:
Each earring has a cluster of faceted green tourmaline beads connecting the shard to a sterling silver hammered hoop.
Backings:
The sterling silver drop earrings come with comfortable, high quality plastic backings. Unlike metal fasteners, they stay put, and don't make a dent in the back of your ear. They ensure you can wear the backings anywhere along the earring post so the earring stays in place.
